Simulation and IPL Resources
PCC4U simulation scenarios provide educators with an all-in-one resource to facilitate a clinical simulation scenario with a person with palliative care needs. The eLearning module on our LMS provides you with instructions, videos and clinical documentation to run the simulation, as well as videos to support the simulation debrief.
Simulation Scenario: Geoff Holder
Meet our palliative care patient, Geoff Holder. This simulation focuses on assessing and managing pain, communicating with people with life-limiting illness, and working effectively in a team.
Educators may also like to undertake our Guide to Simulation for Educators eLearning module available on our LMS.
PCC4U Interprofessional learning (IPL) resources provide support for palliative care learning through case scenario formats. Participation in these activities will support the development of capabilities in palliative care as well as interprofessional learning. Educator-specific content to support the use of the case scenarios is also embedded in the resources.
